A tour routing from Amsterdam to Dublin, showing what has been arranged at each city.

The problem

One show, six places.

Every show gets arranged twice: with the promoter and with your own crew. When something changes, it changes in one place.

  • Set times in an email
  • Rider in Dropbox
  • Routing in a spreadsheet
  • Guestlist in the group chat
  • Contract as a photo
  • Settlement in someone's head

In Ontourly it sits on one line.

How it works

Three steps, that's it.

  1. 1

    Add the show

Date, artist, venue and the deal. The rest follows as it becomes known.

  2. 2

    Send the advance

The promoter fills in their part through a link. No account needed.

  3. 3

    Everyone gets their sheet

Crew the times, driver the route, promoter the guestlist.

What you get

Everything a show needs.

Advancing

One link to the promoter. No six versions of the same form.

Contracts

The deal becomes a contract. Signed digitally, rider attached.

Day sheets

One change lands everywhere, with everyone at once.

Guestlist

Request, approve and scan at the door.

Travel and stay

Flights, hotels and drivers, tied to the show.

Settlement

Budget, costs and ticket sales side by side.

Amelia

Amelia

Your AI colleague

She reads the paperwork, you don't.

Not a chat box you have to operate. Amelia reads documents and turns them into fields you can use.

  • Budgets PDF or spreadsheet in, line items out.
  • Contracts Terms next to what you normally agree to.
  • Riders Technical and hospitality, as a workable list.
  • Conflicts Double bookings and travel times that are too tight.

Amelia invents nothing. What she isn't sure about, she leaves blank.

Ontourly 3.0

Rebuilt around the way you work.

A tour has two anchors: the event and the booking. Everything hangs under one of them.

Everything you were used to still works. It just isn't all on screen at once.

Who it's for

Four roles, one routing.

Artists

Shows, crew, contracts and payouts together.

Agencies

Several artists, without the calendars colliding.

Promoters

One place for the event, booking through budget.

Logistics

Transport and drivers, tied to the show.

Where we are

Young, and straight about it.

Ontourly runs with promoters and artists. We don't have a wall of logos, and we're not going to invent one.

Questions

What people ask first.

Do my promoters need an account?

No. They fill in their part through a link. An account is possible, but not required.

What happens after thirty days?

Your plan starts. Without payment details it simply stops; we charge nothing you haven't set up.

Can I import my routing?

Ontourly reads a budget in PDF or spreadsheet. A full tour we still do by hand for you.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Germany. Export and cancel whenever you want.
